Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for sizing issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
 

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Items must be free from damage, marks, stains, odours, or alterations

• Original tags and packaging must be included where applicable

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges.
 

Return Process:

To request an exchange, please contact Invictus Apparel within 7 days of delivery with your order details before returning your item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will arrange your replacement item subject to stock availability.
 

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind purchases.

Refunds may only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including if an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described.
